You were made by God and for God, and He created you as you are for a reason.  Knowing who you are, from God’s point of view, and understanding His purposes for creating you will reduce your stress, simplify your decisions, give meaning to your life, prepare you for eternity and help you make an impact upon the world that will long outlive you.

Ephesians 1:11 says “It’s in Christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for.  Long before we first heard of Christ . . .he had his eye on us, and had designs on us for glorious living, part of the overall purpose he is working out in everything and everyone. (Message paraphrase)
